Machine have core feeding unit. Raw material from jumbo roll after full embossing or edge embossing, then perforation, end cutting and spray the tail glue become a log. Then it can working with cutting machine and packing machine to become the finished products. The machine is controlled by PLC, people operate it through touch screen, the whole process is automatic, easy to operate, lower the man cost.

• 1)Unwind stand
  Size of Parent paper roll:  width: 1750mm, max. diameter 1200mm,core inside dia.3”
  Applicable roll Quantity: 2 parent rolls
  Web tension controlled:   manually
  Parent roll axial regulation: manually
  Parent roll unwind: driven by flat belt.
  With parent roll Pneumatic loading unit.
• 2)Finished Roll
  Log Length: as long as parent roll width
  Log Dia. 90-135mm
  Core outer dia. 25-50mm
  Winding density of Log: pneumatic controlled. There will be tight-winding sheets at the initial winding stage to avoid the paper web                separate from the paper core, and then there will be loose-winding sheets to achieve the bulky of a log.
• 3)Perforation unit
  Perforating size:110mm (If other perforating size required, pls specify,adjustable perforating size need to be ordered)
  Perforating size tolerance: ±1mm
  One rotating top perforating  roll with 4 helix anvil blades mounted on it.
  One fixed perforating bottom roll with 1 dented blade ( if two dented blades need to be installed on the same bottom roller,please order)
  Control on top & bottom roller: manually (if pneumatic control needed ,please order)
